There was a lot to love about Suzanne and Will’s wedding, but what struck me most of all was the warm intimacy of the day. The guest list comprised of about 75 of Suzanne and Will's closest friends and family. Even some of the vendors were friends and acquaintances – ourselves included; we met Suzanne and Will through our mutual friend Jami and we couldn’t be happier for them!
Now, given how they met it seems fitting that Suzanne and Will would have such a cozy wedding. They met each other on New Year’s Eve, at the home of Will’s brother Brad. Suzanne was out in LA visiting her bestie Eliza at the time, who also happened to be dating Brad. They met and fell in love surrounded by their family and friends so it seems only right that they get married the same way.
Their wedding took place on December 6 at the Lenox Hotel in Boston. Suzanne was the picture of old Hollywood, dressed in a stunning, vintage-style gown that flattered her perfectly. At Our Lady of Victory church, the two were married in a traditional Catholic ceremony.
The reception itself was held in the Dome Ballroom, where guests were seated under a huge colored dome that just oozed elegance.
As the events of the evening got underway, Suzanne and Will were serenaded and toasted by their wedding party, families and friends - all of whom showered them with sweet accolades. And it was Will’s parents’ cake topper that was used for the top of their amazing cake!
At some point during the reception, we were able to steal Suzanne and Will away from the festivities and take them into the lobby which had a huge fireplace and LOTS of Christmas decorations! And despite the rain, we even managed to get access to the roof for some amazing pictures with the Boston skyline behind them.
They spent the rest of the evening enjoying their most perfect day surrounded by everyone they love. What could be better than that?
